Characteristic of storytelling (and its subcategory visual storytelling) is a dynamic connection between WHAT is told and HOW it is told. In addition to content and narrative style, this duality usually has relevance in terms of time as an interactive connection between the time in which the narrative takes place and the time in which it is told.
